Entrant Requirements/Judging Criteria

To be eligible for Judging at the 2011 Extreme Auto Expo you will be required to display your vehicle to a show standard. This means you will need to follow the criteria below

   -  Your vehicle needs to exhibit some form of display flooring.

   -  Be fenced off from the public.

   -  Have an information board informing the public about your vehicle.

Race Deck display flooring can be hired from Geof’s Garage. Contact details on Entry Form.

Adelaide Expo Hire has bollards and carpet squares, refer to Adelaide Expo Hire form.

If you do not want your vehicle judged & wish to have it just on display that’s fine too.

Next, fill in your entry form and return it to us with your payment and photo of your vehicle. We need a photo of your vehicle so we know what it looks like, is it show worthy & where it should be placed in the show. Be sure to read your entry form carefully and sign at the bottom. You can purchase your event T-SHIRT and any extra tickets you may require for family, friends and staff, as they will be discounted. Tickets and T- shirts will be sold over the week end but at full price.

Bump In

Bump in begins Friday November 4th midday onwards. Entrants and Traders are to arrive at the Rose Terrace gates and proceed to the roller door at the Jubilee Pavilion. One of the Extreme Team members will meet you for check in. You will receive your goody bag and be given your weekend passes and parking ticket and an Extreme Team member will show you your floor space. If you require help for set up please advise us at check in and a wrist band will be provided. Anyone without a wrist band may be asked to leave by security and we would like to avoid any mix ups. We do this for a few reasons but mainly for security reasons  and secondly we need the pavilion kept as empty and free flowing as possible to avoid accidents.  OH&S laws require safety vests to be worn and no children in the hall. Vests can be purchased or hired for $5 from the check in desk.

Show Hours

The show is open to the public from 10am both days, as an entrant you are allowed into the pavilion at 9am, no earlier, to assist you with any last minute touches or adjustments you might need to make.

Bump Out

The show concludes on Sunday night around 6:15pm. NO vehicles are to be started or moved until an announcement is made over the PA giving you the “ALL CLEAR” to do so.

Safety vests are to be worn during bump out and can be purchased or hired for $5 from front counter. Vehicles that can be driven out will be asked to bump out first and any vehicles that require towing/trailers/pushing last.
